Hey, we hope you had a chance to stop by the Festival at James Holland Park today. We had a great time. We had some great music from Palm Coast United Methodist Church, First Baptist Hammock Beach, dance from Haitian Church of God, Noah Purvis on Sax, and of course, us.
The guys were on the grill cooking up some great hot dogs from Walmart, and served on some great buns from Publix. (yeah, that advertising was shameless.) But we were so happy with the way the community businesses chipped in. We got things from Harris Grocery in Bunnell, Home Depot, Winn Dixie, and Kehe.
We had some great volunteers on face painting, crafts, and balloon making. So, thanks to all of you.
We are already getting some new ideas for next year as well. We'll probably leave the time of year around the same. It was HOT, but there was a great breeze, so it was great. Even at 110 degrees.
Don't forget to click on our photos page, Photos 2011, and take a look at the photos. I'll be posting those in just a little bit.
Thank you Lord for a great day.
